Use of Austin County Released Inmates is subject to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Continued use after revised terms are posted means the revised terms apply.

This is a privately owned reference with no affiliation to Austin County, a sheriff, jail, court, corrections agency, or other government body. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or other FCRA-covered services. The site is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.


Nature of This Resource

The site stores no official jail, release, court, or supervision record. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file documents with an agency.

Its purpose is to point visitors toward Austin County and Texas government resources and to connect users with optional outside research tools.
